1/2 cup old fashioned oats 2/3 scoop vanilla whey
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg whites
Chopped spinach (experiment with other veggies!)
Makes 6 muffins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
